Specialty coffee chain Black Sheep Coffee and world buffet concept COSMO are joining the F&B line-up at Liverpool One, with the former making its debut in the city.

Black Sheep Coffee have taken on a 1,800 sq ft site at Paradise Place that will operate as a café by day and then transform into a cocktail bar in the evenings, serving up a range of cocktails, craft beer and wine, alongside a menu of sourdough pizzas.

COSMO, meanwhile, will open an 11,000 sq ft site on Liverpool One’s Manesty’s Lane and feature a bar and dedicated dessert counter.

It comes as Liverpool One reports 'strong sales performance' across its hospitality operators.

F&B sales were up 9% in May compared to the same month in 2019, while year-to-date F&B sales are 18% ahead of the same period in 2019.

“As evidenced by the continued strong performance of our F&B operators, Liverpool ONE provides a fantastic food, drink and entertainment offer at the heart of the UK’s most sociable city,” says Rob Deacon, senior asset manager at Grosvenor, which owns Liverpool One.

Alongside Black Sheep Coffee and COSMO, it's also been announced that pop-up bar and street food hub The Bus Yard has extended its tenancy until early September.

“The addition of Black Sheep Coffee and COSMO, along with the continued presence of The Bus Yard, provides even more choice to cater for the considerable and sustained consumer demand,” adds Deacon.
