Located on The Terrace, adjacent to Las Iguanas and Five Guys, the new 5,000 sq ft, 175-cover flagship restaurant will strengthen the brand’s presence in the north of England, where it already operates sites in Manchester, Gateshead and Nottingham.
“We are experiencing great success with the brand in the UK and are very much looking forward to launching our next Slim Chickens flagship site at Liverpool ONE later this year following long-standing interest in the destination,” says Paul Gilligan, property director at BRG.
BRG will also soon open a restaurant in the south of England. The company is taking on the former site of The Quadrant pub on Brighton’s North Street.
Since launching in the UK in 2018 with restaurants in Marylebone and Cradiff, Slim Chicken has grown steadily across the country. The brand recently took on the former Shake Shack site in London’s Cambridge Circus and it is understood that its small site in Soho, that was formerly an Ed’s Easy Diner, is now on the market as a result.
