Like the group’s inaugural site on the eastern edge of The City, the new site will offer both grab-and-go and dine-in.
The new location will have a total of 32 covers split between inside and outside in Charlotte Place courtyard.
Established by Sanjeev Chibber and Arthur Magoulianiti in 2020 , MoMoMo specialises in momos, which have their origins in Tibet, Nepal, India and Bhutan.
MoMoMo says it has brought the dish ‘bang up to date’ with modern flavours such as Timur pepper chicken; fragrant spiced beef; and spicy jackfruit with greens.
The dumplings can be eaten on their own or - for a more susbtainatil meal - served on either fried rice, chow mein or salad.
Sauces include from sweet and sour; coconut, turmeric and ginger sauce; and Nepalese achar smoky tomato chutney.
“In India, momos are available on every street corner and at every food market but they are much harder to find in London,” says Chibber.
“I found myself craving some for lunch one day but couldn’t find them anywhere so called up my friend Arthur and we decided there and then that we needed to do something about it. Momos are meant to be shared and Londoners are missing out.”
