The SoftBank-backed tech company has a commitment to open 700 Wendy’s delivery-only kitchens in the US, Canada and the UK over the next five years.
In this exclusive presentation Chris Sergeant, REEF’s VP kitchens Europe, will talk about how the company is repurposing urban environments with kitchens, logistics and mobility infrastructure.
The discussion will form part of a full agenda at the annual conference, which is being held at London’s Ham Yard Hotel on 27 April and which will focus on the latest innovations in hospitality technology.
Another newly announced panel will focus on social media, and in particular the growing role of TikTok in marketing plans.
