JKS Restaurants has revealed the rest of the brands that will be opening at its upcoming Arcade Food Hall next month.

They are Hero Indian Fast Food (North Indian street food classics); Shatta & Toum (Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen); Manna (American diner-style food); Arcade Provisions (day-to-night deli); Sushi Kamon (Japanese sushi and omakase experience); Saborcito (the little sister to Nieves Barragán Mohacho's Sabor, which is part of JKS Restaurants); and Benham & Froud Jelladrome (a new concept from dessert brand Bompas & Parr).

These will be joined by chef and Asian ingredient expert Luke Farrell's full-service Southern Thai restaurant called Plaza Khao Gaeng as well as Indonesian street food kitchen Bebek! Bebek! , which were announced last week.

JKS Restaurants is teaming up with a number of established operators to deliver its new concepts, with Manna a partnership with Bake Street’s Feroz Gajia; Sushi Kamon a partnership with Yashin Sushi; and Arcade Provisions offering a selection of sandwiches created by Margot and Hector Henderson of Rochelle Canteen.

Hero Indian Fast Food and Shatta & Toum appear to have been developed with no external partners, with the latter fronted by Berenjak founder Kian Samyani.

Arcade will be open for walk-ins and bookings in the food hall. Guests will be able to order direct-to-table from each of the restaurant kitchens and bar, via QR codes present on their menus. For larger groups, Arcade offers three dedicated areas for bookings, full space hire for groups of up to 300 people, or exclusive hire of the mezzanine level for groups of 50.

The 12,500 square foot brustalist Grade II listed space features a contemporary take on mid-century architecture. Once a central bus depot, the space looks out onto the West End, Holborn and across St. Giles Square. Arcade Food Hall will be home to commissioned art installations from chef Fergus Henderson, Mr Bingo and Andrew Swainson.

Custom-made lighting installation ‘Filigrana Cloud’ from Established & Sons by designer Sebastian Wrong takes its place in the heart of the food hall.

“Over the last 15 months we’ve been working to create the 9 new brands that will open at Arcade Food Hall. All the brands share the same hallmarks as our classic JKS brands - they’re fun, accessible, vibrant and serve food that is familiar but original," says JKS Restaurants co-founder Karam Sethi.

"All of the dishes created are unique to Centre Point. We hope to raise the bar in terms of food hall experience in London  - where the same attention to detail given to the food is also reflected in our drinks list, the art, music, and entertainment. We hope the versatility of the space ensures that Arcade Food Hall will suit all occasions.”
