This April will see the launch of Revolve, a City brasserie that will also play host to a rotating guest chef programme.

Opening within Broadgate’s 100 Liverpool Street building in partnership with British Land, Revolve has secured chefs including Lee Westcott, Anna Hansen, Josh Eggleton and Gareth Ward for its launch period.

For their monthly run, each chef will introduce four ‘unique’ dishes to the brasserie menu, alongside creating one-off lunches, dinners and private dining experiences.

The rest of the  menu will take its cues from the brasseries of Paris and New York offering classic dishes with “British provenance at their heart”.

The project is being delivered by recently formed hospitality company Adamo, which is chaired by former Truscott Arms owner and The Pepper Collective CEO Andrew Fishwick, and led by CEO Tris Hillier, whose experience includes marketing roles at Corney & Barrow and Pitcher & Piano.

“The concept of partnering with talent of this calibre, gives us a truly unique opportunity to create a dynamic, vibrant offering to Broadgate. This feels more necessary now than at any other time,” he says.

Alice Keown, head of F&B leasing at British Land says that the concept will be the first of its kind in the city.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Revolve to open its first ever restaurant at Broadgate. As workers continue to return to offices, this provides the perfect place to catch up with colleagues during the day and friends in the evening.”
