Mission Mars is continuing to expand its pizza brand Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza with a new restaurant planned to open in Chorlton this summer.

Due to open in June in the former Lloyds Bank on Barlow Moor Road, the new opening will take the number of Rudy’s pizzerias to double figures.

The new venue will have space for around 60 guests inside as well as a covered alfresco dining area for an additional 30 guests.

“We’re really excited to bring Rudy’s to the Chorlton neighbourhood. It won’t be long before we are able to fire up the oven and serve delicious Neapolitan pizza. As a team we can't wait to become part of the community,” says Max, Rudy’s Chorlton general manager.

Rudy’s was founded in 2015 in Ancoats, Manchester, and has since opened sites in Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham and Soho.

Earlier this week Mission Mars announced it would also be expanding its Bavarian-style restaurant and bar brand Albert’s Schloss with the opening of a restaurant in Liverpool.

Set over two floors, the Bold Street space will feature a stage for live music; green room; two bars; an artisan bakery; a fresh tank beer system; and restaurant dining for more than 500 guests.
