Opening in Oxford on Turl Street on 11 February it will follow launches in Brighton and Richmond last year,
Customers can choose from a range of chocolate percentages to make a bespoke hot or cold chocolate. There are 20 different options available, including a 28% white chocolate, a 34% milk chocolate, a 47% ruby chocolate and an 100% extra dark chocolate from the Solomon Islands.
Knoops also has a large plant-based offering with all of the chocolates that are 54% and over suitable for vegans and six non-dairy milks available.
The store will also serve a range of baked goods and pastries from Oxford-based artisan bakery Gatineau.
Knoops was founded in Rye, East Sussex, in 2013 by international chocolatier Jens Knoop. “We are delighted to be opening a new store in the beautiful and cultural city of Oxford,“ he says. “Oxford is a city drenched in history and natural beauty. We are excited to provide visitors, locals and students a comforting space to visit, or a place to pick up a delicious hot or cold chocolate drink to add to their wonderful memories whilst exploring the city.“
Knoops has stores in Kensignton, Brighton, Chelsea, Richmond and Clapham Junction.
