Fish restaurant Goddard & Gibbs set for One Hundred Shoreditch
Upcoming East London hotel One Hundred Shoreditch is to launch with a sustainability-minded British seafood restaurant.

Set to launch in February as the Shoreditch High Street hotel opens its doors to the public, Goddard & Gibbs is billed as an informal all-day British seafood restaurant and will also feature a wine bar and take-out hatch.

Inspired by the fishing villages and seaside towns along the East coast of England, the restaurant will specialise in British seafood with ‘a focus on ethical sourcing and local suppliers from around the country’.

Led by head chef Tom Moore, the restaurant will offer a menu that is ‘open and accessible’ with ‘crowd-pleasing classics’ and an extensive raw bar.

The wine bar will be located at the front of the restaurant overlooking Shoreditch High Street and showcase modern, forward-thinking producers alongside more celebrated regions.

The Hatch will feature 'fun takes on dishes that evoke childhood memories of trips to the seaside'.

Goddard & Gibbs will be open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

On the former site of Ace Hotel, One Hundred Shoreditch is the latest hotel from the Lore Group, which also operates Sea Containers in Southwark.

Lore Group says that One Hundred Shoreditch will offer the largest choice of restaurants and bars within one hotel in the area, including three bars, and a coffee shop.
