Available at Rogan’s Henrock restaurant at Linthwaite House Hotel in the Lake District, the a la carte menu will run from 12 - 16 January and 19 - 23 January.
Guests will be invited to choose from a selection of starters, mains and desserts that have appeared on the high profile chef’s menus since 2002, with options including ox in coal oil, pumpkin seed, kohlrabi and sunflower shoots; roasted sea scallops from Orkney, oyster fritter, fennel and truffle; and caramelised apple tart with woodruff ice cream.
The commemorative menu is priced at £85 per person at lunch including a welcome drink, and £250 per person at dinner, inclusive of a welcome drink and an overnight stay (based on two people sharing a room).
A total of 20 special anniversary celebrations - to include one-off events, special-edition products and other experiences - are planned to take place both in the Lake District, where many of the chef's restaurants are located, and further afield throughout 2022.
Rogan is among the UK’s most influential and successful chefs having opened L’Enculme in the Cumbria village of Cartmel in 2002 serving modern, naturalistic dishes based on high local sourced produce.
Its success - it holds two Michelin stars and is currently ranked 5th on our list of the to 100 places to eat in the UK - has seen Rogan open a strong of other restaurants in the UK and Hong Kong.
