North west-based Hospitality and leisure operator One Hundred Knights will open its fourth venue, in Wrexham, this autumn

Called Blk Sheep Baa & Grill, the casual dining restaurant will serve ‘nostalgic contemporary British food’ in what One Hundred Knights says will be a brand new, scalable concept for the group

The company, which was established in 2016, currently operates three sites - wedding venue and 19th century country hall Tyn Dwr Hall; restaurant The Three Eagles Bar & Grill; and The Royal Hotel.

“Our philosophy for Blk Sheep Baa & Grill is based on delivering the best of home grown produce to our customers. British cooking, serving up value for money and eating pleasure around a table with loved ones will play an integral part in both the style of our cooking and our customer ethos,” says Adam Gaunt-Evans, One Hundred Knights director of restaurants and bars.

“Diners can expect to enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane, with a contemporary twist, as our all-day delivers British classics the whole family can enjoy.”

Managing director Matt Jones says: “Historically, both myself and Adam spent time abroad working away and only upon return did we develop a new found appreciation for the place we call home. The chance to re-connect with friends and family has been especially close to our hearts.

“Out of this nostalgic retrospect, the Blk Sheep idea was born. Strong roots, individual character and the urgency to be bold and brave. This is us personified.

“Our aim with the launch of this new brand is to become a leading casual dining operator in the North-West, with a high performing portfolio of multiple Baa & Grill sites.”
