Chef Andi Oliver is taking her Caribbean-focused restaurant concept Wadadli to London's Hackney Wick.

Launching later this month and set to run for a year only, this latest iteration of Wadadli will comprise of two separate 'experiences': Wadadli Kitchen, which is the latest spin off of the restaurant concept Oliver first established back in 2018; and the new Wadadli Roadside.

Wadadli Kitchen will serve two 'grand communal dishes' including a seafood boil combining 'the deliciousness of the southern states with the spices of their Caribbean neighbours'; and a vegan-inspired Ital oil down.

A selection of fine wines will also feature.

Wadadli Roadside is described as a 'takeaway diner' and will serve Oliver's classic dishes such as curry goat loaded fries; spit roast spiced vegetables; and mushroom umami curry loaded fries.

Drinks will include a range of house-bottle cocktails, as well as select beers split between draught, cans and bottles.

Announcing the launch on Instagram, Oliver said: "The Hackney Wick location will be home to a hive of ideas, activity and fearless flavours that fuse the magic of the Caribbean with the future of multicultural Britain - so miss it and miss out."
