The opening will take the Neapolitan pizza brand's estate to five sites, including three bricks and mortar restaurants in Brighton & Hove.
It opened its first London location at Boxpark Croydon last year.
Founded by Rupert Davidson, who also runs Brighton café Bread & Milk and is a director at Brighton's Unbarred Brewery, Fatto a Mano opened its first site on London Road in Brighton back in 2015.
It went on to open a second site in Hove in 2016, a third in Brighton’s North Laine in 2018.
Fatto a Mano - which means 'made by hand' - serves a tight menu of Neapolitan pizza made with high-quality ingredients and has been named one of the best places to eat in the city at the Brighton’s Best awards.
The menu is split between red pizza, white pizza and vegan pizza, with a range of calzone and panuozzo also available.
Options include the Diavola with tomato, spicy salami, chilli, mozzarella, parmesan and basil; white pizza with burrata, yellow cherry tomatoes, smoked cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and crushed pistachio; and vegan pizza with tomato, olive and tomato ‘nduja, roasted peppers, black olives, vegan cheese and basil.
A selection of starters and sides also features.
