Taking over the Byron site on Upper Street, the restaurant will follow the same format as other Street Burger locations and feature a menu of meat, vegetarian and vegan burger options, each available with seasoned fries and unlimited soft drinks for £15.
Alongside openings on Kensington High Street and Charing Cross Road, it will be the third Street Burger restaurant to launch on a former Byron site.
Street Burger has seen rapid growth since restrictions on the hospitality sector begun to ease in April, with Islington marking the brand's fifth opening in little over two months.
A further Street Burger site is set to launch within The O2's main Entertainment District early next month.
Ramsay launched the concept in St Paul's late last year.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants (GRR) is planning to open 10 new UK restaurants by the summer, as part of the chef's ambition to 'create a billion-dollar dining proposition'.
As well as Street Burger, GRR is looking to rollout the group's Street Pizza and Bread Street Kitchen brands, both of which have also opened new restaurants since April.
The group recently appointed former Leon heavyweight Antony Perring as chief financial officer (CFO) to help guide its ambitious expansion strategy.
