Gordon Ramsay is to continue the rollout of his Street Pizza brand with a new opening at Battersea Power Station next month.

Opening on 12 April, the day that restrictions on outdoor hospitality settings are due to lift, the restaurant will offer diners 'bottomless' pizza for £15 alongside a menu of 'signature' cocktails.

It will be Ramsay's fourth Street Pizza site in the capital.

The chain also has locations in Southwark, St Paul's and Camden.

Nestled under the Grosvenor Bridge railway arches, Street Pizza will join over 20 restaurants, bars, shops and leisure facilities already open in Circus West Village, which forms the first stage in the regeneration of the iconic Grade II listed power station.

"For many years I would travel home to South London, after a late service, crossing the river in the shadows of those huge derelict chimneys, never did I imagine one day I would open a restaurant on such a historic site and become part of such a thriving community,” says Ramsay.

The rollout of Street Pizza forms part of Ramsay's plan to 'create a billion-dollar dining proposition', with the chef intending to open 50 new UK restaurant sites.

Alongside Street Pizza, he is also looking to grow his fledgling Street Burger brand, which launched in St Paul's back in December.

A second Street Burger is planned to open in the West End next month, with a third London site expected to launch on Kensington High Street later this year.

Street Burger's first regional location is also expected to open this year in Woking, Surrey, alongside a new Gordon Ramsay Academy, which will offer a range of cookery courses and training programmes.

Ramsay's UK portfolio is concentrated in the capital and includes a number of singular, high-end restaurants such as the three Michelin-starred fine-dining flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea; Petrus in Belgravia; and Lucky Cat in Mayfair.

He operates a further 17 restaurants nationwide across countries including France, China, the UAE and the US.
