LeBlanq has been designed to combine the worlds of cycling and gastronomy, with chefs including Raymond Blanc and Claude Bosi also involved in the project alongside five-time Olympic Gold medallist and Tour de France winner Sir Bradley Wiggins.
The inaugural LeBlanq weekend will take place in late August in the Champagne region of France.
Guests will have the opportunity to tour the region over the course of a series of bike rides, led by five-time Tour de France winner Eddy Merckx.
The main dining event of the weekend will be overseen by Blanc, in collaboration with Palmer-Watts - who will also manage the rest of the catering as LeBlanq's culinary director.
A second weekend getaway in the Isle of Wight, led by Wiggins and Bosi, is planned for September, with additional trips to other European destinations also planned.
In addition to the weekend destination getaways, LeBlanq has also created a membership club that will offer guests exclusive access to monthly UK-based 'joyrides', led by its team of pro-cyclists and culminating with a meal at a distinguished restaurant.
The first Club Joyride will take place in early summer, starting and finishing at Blanc's beloved English country house restaurant Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire.
