Eggs ‘n’ Stuff, the egg-based delivery brand from Wing Shack founder Josh Jarvis, is to open its first pop-up venue this month.

Located on Holloway Road in north London, the store will be open for collection and delivery serving a breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu featuring items including filled brioche buns such as The Sausage, Egg and Cheese; The Hash Brown, Egg and Cheese; The Turkey Bacon, Egg and Cheese; and the classic Egg and Cheese.

Sides will include salads, fries, slaw and hash browns.

During the evenings the concept will pivot to Jarvis’ other brands, Wing Shack and Vegan Shack, which will be available for delivery.

Eggs ‘n’ Stuff has previously only been available for delivery only via Deliveroo, spanning areas in the capital including Bethnal Green, Canary Wharf, Clerkenwell, Battersea, Camden, Holloway and Loughton.

The brand is one of a number of egg-based concepts looking to crack the London market as the trend for such dishes continues to grow. Its main competitor is US import Eggslut, which arrived on these shores in 2019 and which operates two restaurants in Notting Hill and Bloomsbury.

Others include Mad Egg, which operates a dark kitchen in Wood Green, and EggRun, which also started out as a delivery-only brand and which opened its first permanent site in Monument this month.
