The service will initially launch out of the group's Shoreditch restaurant this week, before expanding to a delivery-only kitchen in Battersea later this month.
Additional units in Wood Green and Camden are set to follow in April, with the group also in talks to secure a permanent 'cloud' kitchen in the Shoreditch area.
While nothing has been confirmed, it is understood that Blacklock is considering the launch of more kitchens in the coming months if these initial sites prove successful.
Blacklock has created a 'carefully thought out' delivery-only menu, and has worked closely with supplier Philip Warren to source thicker-cut lamb and pork chops that are designed to retain their heat for longer.
A range of 'restaurant classics' including a pig’s head bun with gravy for dipping will feature on the menu, alongside new dishes such as the Blacklock double cheeseburger with Ogleshield and onions caramelised in vermouth; and roast chicken, which will be available to order as either a half or whole bird and served with charcoal-grilled flatbread.
Each 'cloud' kitchen will be run by Blacklock's own employees, with the expansion so far creating around 20 new jobs.
“Like everyone in Hospitality, the last year has been a massive challenge for us, but we continue to look for silver linings and ways to support our incredible suppliers, building new opportunities for our team, while offering our guests something completely new," says Blacklock founder Gordon Ker.
"We’re excited to deliver not only delicious hot food, but genuine hospitality and a first-class Blacklock experience to your home.”
Ker opened Blacklock's first restaurant in Soho in 2015, and subsequently expanded to the City and Shoreditch in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
