US-based hotel group Graduate Hotels is partnering with hospitality development platform White Rabbit Projects for two UK hotel launches this spring.

The hotel group, which currently operates 28 hotels across the US, will open its first UK venues in Cambridge and Oxford, with White Rabbit Projects helping to develop and operate a range of restaurants, bars and event spaces within the hotels.

The venues will be the first under White Rabbit Studio, the creative arm of White Rabbit Projects, the Chris Miller fronted investment company who that backs restaurant brands including Kricket, Lina Stores and Island Poké.

No more details have been revealed on the style of the restaurants and bars at both properties, but White Rabbit says it "will be partnering with some of the UK's most talented chefs to create unique, innovative, exceptional, hospitality experiences".

Graduate Cambridge will be located beside the River Cam with the Oxford property - The Randolph Hotel - located in the city’s cultural centre in the vicinity of the University of Oxford and its colleges.

The openings are part of Graduate Hotel's plans to open eight hotels by the end of 2022.
