Rogers, who co-founded famous London restaurant The River Café in 1987, has been awarded a CBE for services to the culinary arts and charity.
She was awarded an MBE in 2010 in the New Years Honours List.
TV chef and cookery author Ching-He Huang has been awarded an MBE. Born in Taiwan and raised in South Africa and the UK, the chef was also recognised for her services to the culinary arts.
Writing on Instagram, she said she was “extremely humbled and honoured” by the recognition, adding: “Who knew the daughter of a farmer from Southern Taiwan would get to have this crazy adventure.”
TV chef and cookery book author Mary Berry, who was one of the original judges on the hit TV show Great British Bakeoff, has been awarded a CBE for services to broadcasting, the culinary arts and charity.
Other hospitality people to be recognised in the list include Kay Johnson, director of Preston-based The Larder, a co-operative that promotes healthy and sustainable eating, and Oli Khan, owner of Surma Finest Takeaway, which donated thousands of free meals to NHS and key workers during lockdown, who were both awarded MBEs.
