The initiative also sees select operators offering all-day dining options; limited edition menus; and a 'First Drink On Us’ promotion.
A total of 14 hospitality businesses from across the Covent Garden estate are involved in the scheme in some capacity.
They include MeatLiquor, Din Tai Fung, Floral by Lima, French restaurant and bakery Aubaine, and Qoot Restaurant Group brands The Lebanese Bakery and By Chloe.
Across some participating restaurants, diners will receive 20% off their bills all day from Monday to Friday.
Kitchen and coffeehouse Abuelo will run the offer every Monday and Tuesday, and Italian restaurant VyTA from Wednesday to Friday for orders over £25 per person.
Eight restaurants and bars will be taking part in the 'First Drink On Us’ promotion, which offers diners a complimentary first drink with every sit-down meal. They include Cora Pearl, Abuelo, Bubblewrap, Buns and Buns, Chez Antoinette, and Floral Street Coffee House.
A handful of sites are also introducing earlier Happy Hours, while others are offering special or limited-edition set menus.
It comes after various restaurants across the country pledged to continue mirroring the Government's Eat Out to Help Scheme, which originally gave diners 50% off their meals in participating restaurants up to a value of £10, in some form and at their own expense.
Restaurants that have continued the promotion nationally include Fulham Shore brands Franco Manca and The Real Greek; Beefeater pubs; Creams Café; and The Coconut Tree.
