Nando’s and Deliveroo form exclusive partnership

Nando’s and Deliveroo have entered into an exclusive partnership that will see 360 of the peri peri chicken brand's restaurants join the delivery platform in what is being described as a nationwide rollout.

Nando’s launched its own delivery service in 2017 and has worked with various delivery platforms and logistics company to get its food to people, but the deal with Deliveroo comes close to doubling the number of its restaurants that offer delivery across its UK and Irish estate.

Customers can order via Deliveroo’s own app but - in a first for the platform - its ordering technology will also be integrated into Nando’s own website under a new ‘brought to you by Deliveroo’ service.

Deliveroo describes the partnership as a ‘landmark relationship’ and says that it underscores Deliveroo’s positioning as the leading provider of logistics-enabled food delivery services, with customers benefiting from Deliveroo’s ‘world-class rider fleet, logistics algorithms, and technology’.

The new system will also Nando’s reward program and offer a more ‘stable, user friendly experience’.
