Feng Sushi to launch new restaurant Selfridges Foodhall
London-based Japanese chain Feng Sushi is to launch a new concession in Selfridges Foodhall next month.

The menu will feature established Feng Sushi dishes alongside new items available exclusively at the central London department store.

Launching on Monday 3 August, customers will be able to purchase all the usual Feng favourites, plus some new menu options which will be. Classics include sustainably-sourced salmon and avocado rolls; and spicy tuna. Exclusive new dishes will include monthly rotating specials such as black sesame, lobster and tender stem broccoli, wagyu nigiri topped with gold leaf.

Customers will be able to pick up a selection of grab and go sushi boxes or choose from a selection of freshly cut rolls from the counter, including plant-based dishes such as crispy yasai maki.

“We are thrilled to be launching with such an iconic department store. We are passionate about sustainable sourcing and creating premium quality sushi. We look forward to introducing our new menu to Selfridges customers,” says a spokesperson.

Founded in 1999 by Silla Bjerrum and Jeremy Rose, Feng Sushi expanded quickly in the early 2010s after being acquired by serial restaurant investor Luke Johnson and pioneered high quality sushi delivery in the capital.

Following a number of closures the group now operates restaurants in West Hampstead, Fulham, Notting Hill and Camberwell.
