Vegan ‘junk’ food brand Biff’s has joined forces with BrewDog to create what it says is the UK’s biggest vegan delivery brand.

Following a partnership with Biff’s last year to create the first all-vegan bar in Dalston, east London, BrewDog is creating new delivery hubs from its BrewDog and Draft House venues and delivery-only ‘virtual kitchens’ serving Biff’s branded burgers, wingz and fries across delivery aggregators.

The first eight sites are operating in London’s Shoreditch, Brixton, Paddington, Camden, and Shepherd’s Bush, as well as in Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow and Edinburgh with number set to double in the coming weeks, with more kitchens launched in major cities across England, Scotland and Wales including Norwich, Reading and Cardiff.

It is launching initially on Deliveroo as Biff’s Vegan Burgers and Wingz with menu items including burgers such as The Father Jack, The Samuel

Hell Jackson and The Big Jack, as well as its Jackfruit Wingz.

The delivery project marks the latest venture for Biff’s, which begun in 2017 as street food stall Biff’s Jack Shack and has since grown into bricks and mortar sites in London and as a national wholesale food service business.

“Our mission at Biff’s is to give as many people as possible the opportunity to eat exceptional vegan food, and creating a delivery-only operation means that consumers across the UK will now be able to have a ‘Biff’s Night In’,” says Biff’s co-founder Biff Bloom-Burrows.

“Working with BrewDog is a very exciting opportunity to make this happen at scale - we share their innovative punk spirit, so combining their strength in physical sites with our passion for creating high-quality, plant-based food makes for a powerful proposition to really own more of the UK delivery space.”

“Delivery is a huge part of our retail strategy for the next few years,” adds BrewDog retail director James Brown. “The Biff’s partnership adds another income stream and opportunity to deliver great craft beer to people’s homes alongside some killer vegan food. ”

On top of the new Biff’s-branded delivery project, a Biff’s burger has been added to BrewDog’s main bar menus nationwide , with the new double-pattied Lightning Jack being a part of BrewDog’s commitment to offering a 50% vegetarian and vegan food menu.
