Located on Percy Street in London’s Fitzrovia, it will be the brand’s 10th location worldwide.
The restaurant’s design has been aligned with social distancing measures and will take cashless payment, have a one-way walking system and plastic screens at tills.
A two-metre distance will apply between all customers, while staff will all wear plastic gloves and masks.
The new Fitzrovia location will join the brand’s Portobello Road destination on Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
The restaurant was initially due to open in the spring, but the launch has been delayed because of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. To manage and operate the new Fitzrovia site, Eggslut says it will hire hospitality workers who were made redundant as a result of the pandemic.
Eggslut was founded in Los Angeles in 2011 and now operates restaurants in the US, Japan and Kuwait City. It opened its debut London restaurant in Notting Hill last year.
The menu for Fitzrovia will be the same as the Notting Hill location, and will feature signature Eggslut dishes include The Slut, made from a coddled egg on top of a potato puree, poached in a glass jar, and served with baguette slices, and The Fairfax, a sandwich made from soft scrambled eggs and cheese, served in a brioche bun.
