Taking on a 2,000sq ft space and set to launch in the summer, the pizza brand will join the likes of Barburrito and Wolf Italian at the centre’s recently refurbished Halle Place dining quarter.
It will mark the third UK opening for the chain, which currently operates sites within Trinity Kitchen in Leeds, and Terminal One at Manchester Airport.
PizzaLuxe, which started out life as a market stall operating on London’s Brick Lane, serves a range of ‘deluxe’ pizzas including a lardo one with bacon, brie, and baby spinach; and a melanzane pizza with roasted aubergine, sun-blush tomatoes, red onion, peppers, mushroom and feta.
The menu also features a full breakfast pizza with a tomato sauce base, mozzarella, mixed herbs, mushroom, bacon, sausage, egg, and ‘breakfast sauce’.
“From our humble beginnings selling pizza from a market stall, we have evolved into a multi-site business with big plans for the future,” says PizzaLuxe founder Paul Goodale.
“PizzaLuxe is ideal for office workers looking for a delicious, speedy lunch, alongside shoppers that want a quick bite to eat.
“We’re looking forward to introducing visitors to Manchester Arndale to our super-fast, super-thin pizzas and bespoke cocktails.”
