Following on from the success of his debut restaurant in Camberwell, the second venture will take a similar small plate approach. The kitchen will be headed up by Spanish chef Josue Otero with dishes set to include crispy squid with wasabi salt and lime coriander mayonnaise; Gorgonzola walnut filled gnocchi with wild mushroom and brown butter sauce; harissa roast cauliflower, hummus, flaked almonds and date molasses; and monkfish and scallop ceviche.
It will also serve a large range of snacks and nibbles, including artichoke and parmesan dip with sourdough; spicy Korean fried chicken with sesame and spring onion; and five spice pork belly or tofu bites as well as a selection of cheese and charcuterie.
Like its Camberwell sister, the restaurant will have an eclectic list of wines and will hoist a serious if wine programmes featuring wine makers and buyers.
Located on Tooting High Street, the restaurant is located on the former Tota site will feature a similar interior to the Camberwell restaurant, with banquette seating and bi-folding windows as well as a patio for the summer months.
Williamson opened Good Neighbour in Camberwell in 2018.
