Bobo Social was founded by restaurateur Mike Benson in 2014, and previously occupied a site on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia before closing its doors last year.
The Elephant Park menu will feature a hat trick of burgers including Bobo’s ‘infamous’ peanut butter burger with rare-breed beef, cheddar, maple-cured bacon, peanut butter, lettuce, tomato, red onion and house sauce, served in a buttermilk bun.
Small plate options, meanwhile, will change regularly and include braised lamb croquettes; crispy fried squid; and ‘exotic’ meatballs.
A selection of larger meat and fish dishes will also be available.
Bobo’s emphasises is on sourcing and serving sustainable and seasonal ingredients, with Benson personally auditing suppliers to ensure they boast ‘Good Earth’ credentials.
Elephant Park is a £2.3bn mixed-use regeneration project, which is being run in partnership between Southwark Council and property company Lendlease.
Other operators to open within the development include Japanese noodle bar Koi Ramen; Caribbean restaurant Tasty Jerk; and newly established pan Asian concept Pot & Rice.
By the time it is complete, Elephant Park is expected to feature 16 food and beverage operators in total.
