French-style ‘farm-to-table’ rotisserie concept Cocotte is to open its third London restaurant in Parsons Green in early March.

The 50-cover site will continue to serve the dishes already available at Cocotte’s Notting Hill and Shoreditch locations, as well as a new breakfast menu featuring croissant waffles; and oeufs parfait with truffled mushroom.

There will also be new additions to the main menu, including both foie gras and mushroom, and spinach and goats cheese croquettes.

A charcuterie sharing board with ham, saucisson and coppa will also be added; as will an artisan cheese board featuring Abondance, reblochon, bleu d’auvergne, and crottin traiteur.

Complementing Cocotte’s ‘signature’ slow-roasted chicken, prepared on a rotisserie spit in the centre of the restaurant, will be a selection of sides and salads including an aubergine’s caviar dish of pureed aubergine, garlic, onion and peanuts, topped with pomegranate, mixed seeds, coriander and chilli dressing.

Cocotte was founded by a group of Parisian friends including chef Romain Bourrillon, whose CV includes the Michelin-starred Villa Lauraine in Belgium.

As well as its restaurants in Notting Hill and Shoreditch, the brand also operates two delivery-only locations in Battersea and Islington.
