The Gascon-inspired concept, which started out as a six-month pop-up in Spitalfields last year, opened its first bricks and mortar site in Clerkenwell in May.
Now founder Richard Humphreys, who owns the business with his father David and family friend Paul Luke, says they are keen to start expanding the company.
According to MCA, the trio are planning to open another two London locations as soon as the right sites become available; one in Soho and one in West London.
Humphreys has also hinted about potentially rolling out the concept globally.
“We actually have plans to open a few more sites in the future, starting with London then looking further afield in Europe, Asia and the US,” he says.
“London can take at least two of these quite easily: I don’t want to miss an opportunity so if it happens sooner rather than later we are definitely going to be in the game for it.”
One of a number of pop-up chains to recently move into permanent premises in the capital – Indian-inspired burger concept Baba G’s and street food chicken brand Orange Buffalo have made similar transitions - Monsieur Le Duck promotes itself as bringing the food of South West France to London, with a menu that features duck rillettes with bread, cornichons and jam; confit duck croquettes with chilli mayo or truffle; and confit duck wings on celeriac remoulade.
