The chef and restaurateur featured on BBC2’s Million Pound Menu in 2018 and 2019, investing in concepts including Marita Lietz and Rupert Smith’s Bubble& and Indian-inspired burger brand Baba G’s. Lietz and Smith began a residency at Kochhar’s Hawkyns Restaurant in Amersham earlier this year, while Baba G’s recently opened its third market location at London Bridge’s Vinegar Yard development.
