Club Gascon chef Pascal Aussignac is relaunching his Westfield London fish concept Chip + Fish as the more upmarket Catch Me in May.

Chip + Fish was one of the original concepts within the west London shopping centre’s food court when it launched in 2008.

Aussignac took the sustainability-focused brand to Westfield Stratford and Trinity Leeds, but both have now closed.

The Gascony-born chef describes Catch Me as having a versatile offering with a Raw Bar Menu, a Kitchen Menu of hot dishes and an "exciting" Kid’s Menu.

Dishes from the raw bar include diver-caught scallop carpaccio and tipsy rocky oysters, while the Kitchen Menu includes lobster and crayfish doughnuts.

The restaurant will continue to serve fish and chips.

Based on the design notes Aussignac has shared on Instagram, the revamped venue will have a more upscale look and feel.

Aussignac’s restaurant portfolio includes the Michelin-starred Club Gascon, Comptoir Gascon and Cellar Gascon in Clerkenwell, and Cigalon and Baranis in Holborn.
