The 80-cover City of London restaurant will be the first in the currently four-strong group to offer a sit-down dining experience in the evening (it’s also the first of HOP’s site with an alcohol license).
Open from 7am, HOP Leadenhall will kick things off with a new breakfast menu including breakfast bahn mi baguettes, coconut porridge, congee and egg pots alongside coffee from Taylor St Baristas and Vietnamese drip and iced coffees.
The grab-and-go daytime menu is the same as the other HOP sites with a focus on Vietnamese street food, including curries, phos and bahn mi sandwiches.
The new evening menu is intended to position the restaurant as a post-work destination for quick and easy dinners and drinks. Small plates designed for sharing will include a variety of chicken wings, gyoza and bao buns.
The cocktail list will see Asian twists on classics such as the Hot Damn, Vietnam - a spicy margarita with a sriracha salt rim.
Seating will be across two levels, with banquets and larger tables alongside plenty of small tables for those dining alone.
Based exclusively in the City, HOP was founded by former City worker Paul Hopper in 2015.
