The new weekend long festival, which is being held on 24-27 August at Duchess Farms in Hertfordshire, is aimed at those working in hospitality and will feature pop-up restaurants and bars, industry talks, workshops and live music.
Attractions include PX+ Restaurant, Crop Circle Table, a courtyard with pop-up restaurants and food producers, a bakery, a butchers and pop-up beer, cider and champagne bars, with the event hosting more than 100 headlining chefs, bakers and producers. Set across 20 different areas, it will also host numerous free talks and workshops across the bank holiday weekend.
There will also be a Trash Tiki Bar, featuring residencies from Coupette, Three Sheets & Bramble, and guest bartenders Ryan Chetiyawardana, Sullivan Doh and Ashtin Berry and Jennifer Docherty’s Wine Tent, where the Master of Wine will be joined by guest growers and vineyards to showcase wines selected for PX+ Festival.
PX+ has partnered with Island Records whose artists will perform intimate acoustic sets, including JP Cooper, Flyte and Oli Fox. Other artists include River Matthews and Sweet Baboo, plus DJ sets from chefs who used to be successful DJs, including Carl Clarke (Chick’N’Sours) and Martin Morales (Ceviche).
