ETM Group to enter the grab'n'go market with upcoming London Bridge opening

The hospitality group will launch Redwood next year, offering an all-day brasserie-style menu alongside grab’n’go options which will be available from a service hatch.

Located adjacent to the Shard, the pub will form part of the group's five year expansion plan.

Spanning two storeys, the pub will be resigned by Russell Sage Studio, the same company that oversaw the interiors at its sister venues.

It will feature overhanging copper beer tanks; the group’s trademark copper and brass features; a 54-cover heated terrace; and a sports bar on an indoors mezzanine level.

The launch, which is scheduled for next year, will follow hospitality group’s upcoming Maple opening at Westfield next month.

ETM’s rapid expansion, which has seen recent openings such as Greenwood at the Victoria Nova development and Broadleaf in the City, comes off the back of it having secured a £10m funding package from HSBC.

“We’re hugely excited to be bringing Redwood to London Bridge and being part of the exciting redevelopment of one of London’s busiest stations,” says Ed Martin, co-founder and CEO of ETM.

“The opening of our pub, restaurant and sports lounge, Greenwood, in Victoria’s Nova development has been a huge success and proves there’s a huge appetite for experience-led venues that deliver on quality food, drink and sport.

ETM group has opened 13 sites since 2000.
