Tom Kerridge launches catering and events business
Lush By The Hand and Flowers will see the team at Kerridge’s two Michelin-star pub of the same name offer bespoke services for events ranging from dinner parties to street food festivals.
Brand Events takes its experience from organising events including Taste Festivals; and Tom Kerridge Presents Pub In The Park.
Catering options, created by Kerridge alongside executive chef Kieran Reilly, will include canapés; bowl food; a la carte options; and afternoon tea.
Dishes will include the likes of crispy pig’s head with celeriac remoulade and spiced date sauce; burrata with chimichurri, lime, crispy nut and seeds; treacle-cured fillet of beef with pomme anna and red wine sauce; roasted Cornish pollock with cauliflower, spiced nuts and grapes; milk toffee tart with old English spice and roasted grapefruit sorbet.
"We’re so excited to be entering the events space. It’s been something we’ve wanted to do for a while and in Brand Events, I’m confident we’ve found fantastic partners with equal passion and creativity,” says Kerridge.
“I just love that we’ll be able to bring people all over the UK and beyond a taste of what we do at The Hand and Flowers in Marlow.”
Last year, Kerridge’s more recently opened Marlow pub, The Coach, received its first Michelin star. The chef will be opening his first London restaurant at Corinthia Hotel London later this year.
