ETM to open White City brasserie amid Westfield London expansion

ETM restaurant group will launch a new bar and restaurant in White City as past of the Westfield London expansion.

Set to open in summer, Maple will be the 15th site in the group’s portfolio.

Located within the Westfield complex, the 170-cover restaurant will serve modern-European brasserie fare seven days a week.

The menu will feature the likes of ceviche, salads and fish served on the bone sourced responsibly, alongside UK heritage breeds meat.

A central bar with overhanging copper beer tanks will serve a selection of botanical cocktails; artisan spirits; rotating craft beers; and wines.

Designed by Russell Sage Studio, the restaurant will feature botanical-themed walls; brass and copper finishes; leather banquettes; an open kitchen; and a 30-cover terrace with heaters and overhanging plants.

“The expansion at Westfield London offers a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving venture,” says Ed Martin, co-founder of ETM.

“Launching a new restaurant and bar at a world-class shopping and leisure destination is a first for ETM, but we believe it is the perfect next step for us.”

Maple will join a strong lineup of venues in ETM’s portfolio, including Greenwood at the Victoria Nova development; The Botanist in Sloane Square; and rooftop destination Aviary.

The group has opened five new sites in the past 18 month as it begins its expansion drive. It has another two openings planned for the coming year.
