The group, which lets diners use in-store iPads to customise their meals to meet their dietary needs, will open the 3,500 sq ft site in January 2018.
Vita Mojo aims to provide ‘full recipe transparency’ by calculating the exact nutritional make-up of each of its meals.
Customers can adjust the quantities and ingredients in each dish based on their height, weight, dietary requirements and fitness.
Diners can also order from a set menu created by executive chef Paul Davies, who began his career at Michelin-starred Fischer’s in Baslow Hall and more recently was head chef at Tom Aiken’s Tom’s Kitchen Canary Wharf.
Vita Mojo launched in March 2016 and currently has two sites in Spitalfields and Canary Wharf.
The company raised a total of £3.2m through a crowdfunding campaign earlier this year, hitting its £1.5m target within 24-hours.
It is using the funding to expand in the UK and further develop its software.
Kit Alexander, associate director in Colliers International’s central London restaurant team, says the brand appeals to London’s ‘health-conscious consumers’.
“Healthy eating has been, and continues to be, the biggest trend we’ve witnessed in the food sector of late and we shall certainly be seeing Vita Mojo continue on its journey to expand across the capital and the UK,” says Alexander.
Vita Mojo was advised by Colliers International on acquiring the lease of its new City site. The landlord was represented by property agents Shelley Sandzer.
