The company, which also owns The Ivy and Sexy Fish restaurants, will open Granary Square Brasserie on 6 December.
The group acquired the former warehouse site in August shortly after Loubet announced he was closing his restaurant and retiring from full-time cooking.
The new 250-cover restaurant will offer all-day dining with breakfasts such as eggs benedict, lunches of steak sandwiches and a ‘HLT’ (halloumi, lettuce and tomato), alongside a cream tea and coffee and cake menu.
In the evenings a resident DJ will provide a soundtrack to cocktails and an a la carte menu including calamari with wasabi mayo, lime and chilli; and Thai-spiced mussels.
A 73-cover terrace will overlook Regents Canal and Granary Square’s fountains, and the restaurant will also provide heaters and blankets in the winter months.
The opening will coincide with the launch of Harry's Dolci, Caprice Holdings' new 'unfussy' Italian concept in Knightsbridge.
According to BigHospitality's sister site MCA, the group is also understood to have acquired the former La Tasca site on London's James Street for its new Harry's Bar Restaurant concept.
