The brothers launched the restaurant group’s first Covent Garden site with cousins Shamil and Kavi Thakrar in 2010, but are now leaving to pursue other business ventures.
Dishoom, which is modelled on the old Irani cafes of Bombay, has since expanded to four London restaurants and opened its first in Edinburgh in 2016.
The Thakrar’s will continue to head up the group, which is set to open a sixth London restaurant in High Street Kensington later this year.
A statement on behalf of the company said: “Amar and Adarsh wish the existing team headed by Shamil and Kavi continued success, while Shamil and Kavi thank Amar and Adarsh for their contributions and wish them success in their ventures.”
As well as bringing the UK the bacon naan, the Radia’s also founded eyewear startup KITE and Telenomics, a franchise partner of O2.
The brothers have no current plans to launch any new hospitality ventures, according to BigHospitality's sister site MCA.
