The pop-up will run from Wednesday 28 June to Saturday 1 July inclusive.
All of the dishes available have been designed exclusively for the pop-up itself, and are influenced by Spago's existing menu.
It will not be the first time Puck has come to the 45 Park Lane or indeed to London; in 2011 he did the same, bringing his all-day, fine-dining steakhouse concept to the 45-bedroom, Dorchester Collection hotel; and in 2015, he hosted 'CUT in the Country' at the Coworth Park Hotel in Berkshire, also part of the Dorchester Collection.
This new pop-up will commemorate the 35th anniversary of Puck’s flagship, which first opened in 1982 on the Sunset Strip, and has since relocated to Beverly Hills.
Puck has also previously opened CUT restaurants and pop-ups in Las Vegas, Singapore's Marina Bay Sands hotel, The Address Downtown Dubai, and the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.
The celebrity chef, who started his formal chef training aged 14 years old in Austria, has since opened over 20 restaurants. There are now Spago sites in Las Vegas, Beaver Creek, and Maui, and many other restaurant across the USA.
Puck has also had an Emmy-award winning TV series, and has catered for the Oscars Academy Awards ceremony for over 23 years.
