Boxpark Croydon reveals final line-up ahead of 31 October opening

Boxpark Croydon has revealed its full line-up of food and drink traders ahead of its official opening at the end of the month. 

The new outlet alongside East Croydon railway station, created out of former shipping containers, will host 35 food and drink businesses, from vegan outlet Cook Daily to Mexican restaurant chain Chilango. 

With a capacity for 2,000, Boxpark Croydon will open to the public on 31 October, following a two-day opening festival on 29th and 30th October in partnership with Eskimo Dance and NME.

As well as hosting casual dining outlets, it will also run a daily events programme, from weekly markets, workshops and masterclasses to launch parties and special shows and will open seven days a week from 7am Mondays to Saturdays and 8am Sundays.

Agee Johnston, Boxpark's retail director said: "We are excited to bring a selection of street traders, independents & established operators offering cuisines from all over the world to Boxpark Croydon where people can eat, drink and play." 

The project is being backed by London Mayor Sadiq Khan.
