The company has entered an agreement with property firm Criterion Capital that will see hotels launching in the final quarter of 2016 and in to 2017.
The first opening will be the 86-room MGallery hotel in Leicester Square, set to launch in late 2016 under a deal with parent company Accor.
This will be followed by further sites in Leicester Square, Piccadilly and Greenwich.
Robin Sheppard, chairman of Bespoke Hotels, said: “We are delighted to unveil the signing of contracts to open these extraordinarily well-located hotels.”
Criterion Capital said the deal was a ‘significant’ investment for the firm, with the hotels set to open in ‘rapid succession’ across London.
Bespoke Hotels was founded in 2000 and now manages over 9,500 hotel rooms with £815m of assets.
It also runs the art deco Hotel Gotham in Manchester, which was named the Outstanding New Hotel at the Independent Hotel Awards in 2015.
