Founded eight years' ago by Jillian McClean, the nine-strong estate is in the midst of expansion, having taken over 11 Corney & Barrow sites in July and is planning to open its first outside the capital this year.

From a focus on building a strong team, to giving staff regular breaks, holding briefings throughout the day and making use of the latest technology for the industry, Murray talks about the systems put into place now will enable the company to grow now and in the future.
“It's a busy time for us. There’s a lot going on in the next six months,” he says. “With the acquisition of the Corney & Barrow sites we grew to 20 sites. Adding the out-of-London developments, plus Heathrow should bring us to 25 by the end of March next year.”
