Hani Nakkash, the founder of Aubaine, is to launch a new fast-casual concept in London’s Baker Street, called Chickens & Foxes.

According to BigHospitality's sister publication MCA, the new venture is separate from Aubaine and is being launched through new company Tanos Restaurants. It will be house on the former ASK Italian site on Baker Street, which had previously been earmarked for another new Hakkash-backed venture Bake!.

The restaurants opens at the end of this month.

Hakkash told: “Chickens & Foxes has been built on the quality of the ingredients we use. We only use the best free range chickens, delivered fresh every day and cooked in one of our authentic rotisserie ovens in front of your eyes. Our signature salads are hand chopped, in-house, served with hot side dishes to accompany.

“It is a democratic and simple concept. We welcome and cater for families, professionals, students, and commuters from all ages. My recommendations from the menu are either to try our ‘Fox Box’ or for a bigger group, the ‘Bird Box’.”

Seb Howard at CBRE and Richard Negus at AG&G are understood to have acted on the Baker Street deal.
