Norgrove will also discuss how forthcoming pay increases in October and next April could affect the industry at the summit on 27 June at The Grange St Paul's Hotel in London.
The Hospitality & Tourism Summit, organised by the British Hospitality Association (BHA), is designed to provide a platform for inspiration, innovation and debate on topics pertinent to the UK's hospitality and tourism sectors.
