The 140-cover site will be based on the ground floor of the 372-bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton Islington on Pentonville Road.
Operating under license from Pierre White’s Black & White Hospitality group, the opening will mark the fourth time the brand has collaborated with DoubleTree by Hilton, and will be the twelfth opening for the chain.
The restaurant will serve a selection of English and French classics, including a selection of Pierre-White’s favourites such as Chicken Kiev and Cambridge Burnt Cream, alongside a range of 28-day aged native breed steaks.
Nick Taplin, chief executive of Black & White Hospitality, said: “Islington is such a vibrant and dynamic neighbourhood and we are delighted to bring the Steakhouse ethos to this corner of London.
“This partnership is our fourth restaurant with Doubletree by Hilton. The Marco Pierre White brand sits very well together and there is a great synergy with this proven restaurant franchise solution. ”
Peadar McFadden, general manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Islington, said: “It’s wonderful news for our hotel guests and visiting diners that we have been able to attract such an authentic and exciting restaurant to the hotel.
“We are confident of delivering a high quality product that can become a real destination for local food lovers and help us achieve genuine stand-out appeal to customers booking hotels in the area.”
