What were some of the top trending stories in hospitality this week? Here's our pick.

  • Claude Bosi has become the latest Michelin chef to cut his restaurant's opening hours in a bid to improve staff work-life balance. Bosi's Mayfair restaurant Hibiscus has scrapped two lunch services a week to help staff remain 'fresh and focused' for the 'demanding' service.
  • More movement in the restaurant world as Daniel Galmiche announced plans to step down from his head chef role at the five-star Vineyard Hotel at the end of January. While Galmiche is yet to confirm his future plans, the chef will be replaced at The Vineyard by former Amberley Castle chef Robby Jenks.
