Located on the roof of the Oxford Street, London flagship store, the pop-up will will offer ‘sophisticated comfort food’ and seasonal cocktaisl and will be operated by restauranteur Des McDonald.
The menu will be inspired by foraging trips to Britain’s forests and will include hot pots, grilled meats and fish and seasonal vegetable dishes.
The kitchen will be headed up by Chris Dargavel, who was previously head chef at On the Roof with Vintage Salt, and will be overseen by chef director of the Des McDonald group, Lee Bull.
Starters at the pop-up will include Juniper Gin Cured Salmon served with Pickled Cucumber, and Windsor Estate Mallard on Toast and a mulled Cider Vinaigrette.
Featured on the mains menu will be Baked Game Meatballs served with Vegetable Orzo, and Wild Highland Roe Deer Fillet with Kale and an Elderberry Sauce.
Head pastry chef Siobhan Ambrose’s desserts will include Chocolate Forest; Rose Custard Tart, Treacle Spong served Whisky Anglaise, and a Pina Colada Jelly.
The Cabin Bar will serve wines, beer, cocktails and soft drinks on the terrace.

The pop-up joins Des McDonald Group's latest openings which include The Printing Press and Burr & Co in Edinburgh, and The Refectory and Chapter House in York.
