More than 750 artisan food and drink exhibitors will be showcasing at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair at London's Olympia on 6th to 8th September.  

As well as thousands of fine food and speciality products on show there will be a range of events and attractions including the Small Business Forum, the Fine Food Live theatre and the Speciality Chocolate Live showcase.

The Small Business Forum will run a series of business mentoring seminars running thoughout the three day event that offer advice to operators on a range of topics. 

High profile speakers include John Stapleton co-founder of New Covent Garden Soup Co and Little Dish, who will talk about building a consumer brand. Emma MacDonald, founder of The Bay Tree Food Company, will explain how to navigate business growth. And for those looking for business funding Mike Royston, from business development at Crowdcube, will be explaining how to engage with customers through crowdfunding.

Fine Food Live is an exciting demonstration theatre, which delivers ideas and practical menu and cooking tips to help drive more customers and increase profits. Each day top chefs will demonstrate their cooking skills to inspire and inform attendees. Steve Walpole, the food consultant and former executive chef at Corney & Barrow, will be hosting the three-day event which will also focus on trends and talks on hot industry topics.

The UK's only dedicated trade fair for fine and artisan chocolate the Speciality Chocolate Fair can be found right at the heart of Speciality & Fine Food Fair. As part of this ‘show within a show’ a live demonstration theatre Speciality Chocolate Live will offer a range of ideas to inspire. Those demonstrating include chef and chocolate ambassador Will Torrent along with a range of chefs showcasing topics such as using vegetables in desserts.

As well as a wealth of companies from across the UK showcasing their products including artisan curers Maynard's Farm, tea specialists Wise Owl Tea and charcutiers Cannon and Cannon,  there will be a range of international speciality producers.  These include vanilla bean marshmallows from Belgium-based Baru; The Metropolitan Tea Company from Canada; Helt Honey from Denmark and Italian pasta makers Pastificio Lucio Garofalo Spa. 

There will also be Free From producers at the event. Premium snack producers Ten Acre will be showcasing their range of Free From hand cooked crisps and popcorn, along with entrepreneurs The Foraging Fox with their Beetroot Ketchup.
